Scope

This notice covers the contact form on tsbusinessgroup.eu and the enquiries initiated through it.

2. Data and purpose

We process your name, email address, optional phone number and company name, enquiry topic and message to respond and discuss your requirements. For car enquiries, optional information includes make/model, year and budget. For staffing enquiries, optional information includes the destination country, job profile, headcount and timing. Do not submit identity documents, CVs, health information, payment card details or other sensitive information through this form.

3. Legal basis

If you request steps before entering into a contract, processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For other business enquiries and company contact persons, processing is based on the legitimate interest in communicating and responding under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. You do not subscribe to marketing by submitting the form. Required fields are necessary to respond; optional details help us understand your enquiry. No automated decision-making or profiling is carried out by the form.

4. Service providers and transfers

Messages are delivered to tsbusinessgroup@yahoo.com. Hosting.com hosting and Yahoo email services are involved in transmission and storage. Yahoo services may involve processing outside the EEA under the applicable privacy and transfer terms. See the Yahoo Privacy Policy for details of its processing and safeguards.

5. Retention

Enquiry data is kept for the time needed to resolve the matter. Data no longer needed for further cooperation, legal claims or statutory obligations is deleted after the matter is closed. If a contract is concluded, the relevant contractual and statutory retention requirements apply.

6. Technical operation

The form uses a session cookie required for security. To limit automated submissions, the server may process a technical identifier derived from the IP address and the time of the last successful submission. The hosting service may maintain security and access logs. The website’s own code does not use analytics or advertising cookies. Images are stored locally.

7. Your rights

Subject to the applicable legal conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or data portability and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact the controller at the email above. You may lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority, including the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů): uoou.gov.cz.
